7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products that are opened, used, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item received.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided.

4. Refund Process

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened dietary supplement products cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards and promotional/free items are also non-returnable.
